Our studio has 13 Schwinn AC Performance bikes with Carbon Blue belts. Each bike has its own power consoles to track rpms, distance, time and more! We offer multiple classes a day in the morning and evening.
Our classes change daily, so we can offer you a fun, new,
energetic experience every time. All of our classes are built for anyone at any age or skill level.

People recovering from orthopedic injuries often participate in indoor cycling as part of the rehabilitation protocol. If cycling is done correctly, there is minimal impact on the hip, knee, and ankle joints.
We’ve all heard about the “runner's high.” An indoor cycling class can provide that same rush of adrenaline and a release of “happy mood-inducing neurotransmitters known as endorphins.”
When you are pedaling against resistance in indoor cycling you increase the endurance of the muscles in the legs to include the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus, and the calf muscles.
Over time, continuous cardiovascular activity (including interval training often practiced in indoor cycling) can help lower your risk of coronary artery disease, can help lower blood pressure and LDL cholesterol, and can help lower your overall resting heart rate.
