Small Group Personal Fitness
Our Small Group Personal Fitness Classes involve a variation of exercises using resistance bands, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and cycling.
Working through different exercises that focus on all areas of the body, arms, legs, abs and cardio. In a small group setting you get a more intimate and personalized workouts with less cost than a personal trainer but still a killer workout!
